RALEIGH - Aftermath of overturned vehicle on Buffaloe Road just east of Tallyhoe Drive. Nearby Engine 27 first-arriving, found vehicle in creek, overturned. Driver extricated. Crews used winch on USAR 801, water rescue unit, to turn the car over, to search for any additional victims. None found. One fatality. Haz-Mat 27, from nearby Station 27, also brought to scene, for spill control equipment, due to gas tank leak.
