RALEIGH - Re-creation of a 1959 staged photo that was again re-created in 1997, to celebrate the retirement of Asst. Chief of Operations Kendall Hocutt and Asst. Chief of Training Ronny Mizell, both of whom retire on January 1. They each posed on Ladder 4, along with Asst. Chief of Services Danny Poole. Congratulations to both.
