Western Wake Pumper 196 first arriving, found vehicle down embankment, no subject trapped, but reporting injuries. Raleigh Ladder 3, Ladder 7, Battalion 3, Battalion 5 continued to scene, remaining units of water rescue assignment cancelled. EMS box also scaled back to just EMS 59. Dispatched 12:39 p.m. for Sq14, L7, R1, B3, B5, USAR 801, EMS 59, EMS 18, M93, D4, plus L3 added, plus WW P196, added to call.
