RALEIGH - Vehicle fire on Millbrook Road at North Hills Drive. Reported by passing EMS unit. Engine 9 arrived and found a fully-involved vehicle and apparently single-vehicle collision against a tree. After extinguishing, two deceased persons were found. Mike Legeros photos.
